  21.      The tragedy of stroke is known to all as it strikes suddenly, usually
  22. without warning, causing disability and death.  Also known as "cerebrovascular
  23. accident," it is the most common cause or neurologic disability and the third
  24. leading cause of death in the United States.  Stroke may be the result of a
  25. sudden rupture of a blood vessel in the brain or a clot in an artery that
  26. blocks the circulation of vital blood flow to the sensitive brain tissue,
  27. bringing about the death of these cells.  The more you know about stroke, the
  28. better able you will be to do something about it, preventing it from occurring
  29. and saving a most important life, your own.  Two informative pamphlets are
